We also inspect rooftop HVAC curbs and penetrations, since equipment mounts are a common overlooked source of flat roof leaks.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Scarbro, WV licensing for commercial roofing work.
Local Scarbro dispatch minimizes business disruption with scheduling around your operating hours.
Written Flat Roof Repair estimates cover membrane type, repair scope, and labor upfront.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Here's what falls under our Scarbro Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Scarbro commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
Ponding water on our building had been an issue for years until they actually fixed the drainage instead of just patching around it.
